Vora Aegis VIP Deposit Terms

What the deposit reserves

Paying the $10 deposit reserves your eligibility for the $1,999 founders price for one Vora Aegis. If you complete the device purchase, the full $10 will be credited toward that price.

The deposit is not:

• a subscription fee;
• permission for Vora to charge the remaining balance;
• a purchase or shipment of the Aegis device itself; or
• a promise of a particular shipment date, delivery region, shipping charge, tax or duty treatment, warranty term, or post-delivery return policy.

No subscription is required for the core Aegis experience. Any optional service plan must be presented as optional and separately accepted.

Completing the device purchase

Before any remaining balance is due, Vora will provide the then-current product, fulfillment, delivery, and other material purchase terms. You must affirmatively complete that later purchase. Vora will not automatically charge the remaining balance.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel your reservation and request a full refund of the $10 deposit at any time before your Aegis ships. If Vora cancels Aegis or does not offer you an opportunity to complete the device purchase, Vora will refund your deposit in full.
