Vora Aegis Reservation Terms
These terms apply to the $50 Vora Aegis reservation offered by Vora Group, Inc.
Effective September 22, 2026
These terms apply to reservations made on or after September 22, 2026. Reservations made before that date remain under the Founders terms.
What the deposit reserves
Paying the $50 deposit reserves your eligibility for the $2,499 Super Early Bird price for one Vora Aegis if you are among the first 200 Super Early Bird reservations. After those 200 units are reserved, the Early Bird price is $2,799. If you complete the device purchase, the full $50 will be credited toward that price. Ships Spring 2027.
The deposit is not:
- a subscription fee;
- permission for Vora to charge the remaining balance;
- a purchase or shipment of the Aegis device itself; or
- a promise of a particular shipment date, delivery region, shipping charge, tax or duty treatment, warranty term, or post-delivery return policy.
No subscription is required for the core Aegis experience. Any optional service plan must be presented as optional and separately accepted.
Completing the device purchase
Before any remaining balance is due, Vora will provide the then-current product, fulfillment, delivery, and other material purchase terms. You must affirmatively complete that later purchase. Vora will not automatically charge the remaining balance.
Cancellation and refund
Fully refundable until your unit ships. If Vora cancels Aegis or does not offer you an opportunity to complete the device purchase, Vora will refund your $50 deposit in full.
