Privacy, without the fog.

If you join the waitlist, reserve a product, place an order, or contact us, Vora collects the information you choose to provide. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, order and payment status, product selections, and the content of your message. Payment credentials are processed by our commerce and payment providers; Vora does not receive your full card number. We use this information to manage your request or order, provide transactional communications, prevent fraud, support customers, and send marketing communications when you have requested them.

Like most websites, our hosting and security services receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic data. We use it to deliver, secure, debug, and rate-limit the site.

We also receive information you choose to send when you contact us directly.

On vora.io, Vora uses Umami to measure page views, referrers, device categories, countries, and a small set of actions such as waitlist submissions and reservation-link clicks. Umami does not set cookies, build cross-site profiles, or receive the name or email entered into Vora's waitlist forms.

Vora.io does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Reddit, X, Stape, or other advertising pixels. It may keep campaign labels such as UTM parameters for the current browser tab and attach them to a Shopify reservation link or waitlist submission. It does not retain advertising click identifiers for that handoff.

Shop.vora.io is a separate Shopify storefront. Necessary storage supports security, checkout, fraud prevention, and services you request. Where optional measurement is available, the storefront provides privacy choices before eligible analytics or advertising tools operate.

If storefront Marketing permission is granted, campaign providers may receive page and conversion events, product and order details, campaign or referrer values, advertising and browser identifiers, network and device information, and contact identifiers used for matching. Contact identifiers may be normalized and hashed; hashing does not make personal information anonymous. Event identifiers may be used to reduce duplicate conversion counting.

Vora does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat advertising measurement, matched conversion reporting, Shopify Network Intelligence, or personalized advertising as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Vora.io does not load this optional advertising activity. On shop.vora.io, rejecting or withdrawing Marketing permission through the storefront control, or sending a recognized Global Privacy Control signal where applicable, limits optional advertising activity for that browser.

Shopify also provides a privacy portal through which you can learn about and exercise rights relating to Shopify's processing.

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the waitlist. Consent choices and provider records follow their configured compliance, campaign, security, and diagnostic periods. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Vora and its providers may process website information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and try to keep collection small. No online system can guarantee perfect security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and Vora does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.

Vora.io loads Umami for anonymous, cookie-free site analytics. It does not load advertising pixels or Google Analytics.

Shop.vora.io may use necessary Shopify services and optional measurement described above. The storefront's current privacy control is the source of truth for those optional categories.
