If you join the waitlist, reserve a product, place an order, or contact us, Vora collects the information you choose to provide. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping details, order and payment status, product selections, and the content of your message. Payment credentials are processed by our commerce and payment providers; Vora does not receive your full card number. We use this information to manage your request or order, provide transactional communications, prevent fraud, support customers, and send marketing communications when you have requested them.

Like most websites, our hosting and security services receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic data. We use it to deliver, secure, debug, and rate-limit the site.

We also receive information you choose to send when you contact us directly.

Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice and supports security, checkout, fraud prevention, and other services required for the sites to work. It cannot be switched off through the banner where it is necessary to provide a service you request.

With Analytics permission, Vora may use Umami and Google Analytics to understand site use, diagnose problems, and measure successful actions. With Marketing permission, Vora may use Meta, Reddit, X, Google advertising tools, and Stape to attribute campaign activity, measure conversions, limit or personalize advertising, and improve campaign performance. Klaviyo processes information needed for requested emails and order communications; its optional onsite behavioral measurement is treated according to the applicable consent choice.

When Marketing permission is granted and you submit a form, begin checkout, or place an order, campaign providers may receive page and conversion events, product and order details, campaign or referrer values, advertising and browser identifiers, network and device information, and contact identifiers such as email or phone when available. Contact identifiers may be normalized and hashed for matching. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.

Vora uses event identifiers to reconcile browser and server reports and reduce duplicate conversion counting. Vora does not intentionally send optional advertising or matching data when Marketing permission is denied or withdrawn.

Vora does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat advertising measurement, matched conversion reporting, Shopify Network Intelligence, or personalized advertising as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Rejecting Marketing, withdrawing Marketing permission, using the available opt-out control, or sending a recognized Global Privacy Control signal opts this browser out of optional advertising activity on Vora's sites. You may revisit the privacy controls at any time.

Shopify also provides a privacy portal through which you can learn about and exercise rights relating to Shopify's processing.

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for the waitlist. Consent choices and provider records follow their configured compliance, campaign, security, and diagnostic periods. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Vora and its providers may process website information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and try to keep collection small. No online system can guarantee perfect security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and Vora does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
